Enter, a Mac, iPhone, and iPad countdown timer. NO, it’s not a timer in the traditional timer sense or a stopwatch. UTime counts down to a certain date. That can be handy when you want a non-Calendar reminder for something in the future but based upon a time frame rather than a specific date and time. For the Mac, uTime displays the current time and date, and then displays the countdown toward a specific time and date, and displays the amount of time left in months, days, hours, minutes, and even seconds. The interface is a bit utilitarian but it matches the price tag. Set multiple countdown timers as needed.
UTime syncs up on iCloud so you can keep each countdown on each device. Works and looks much the same way, but adjusted for smaller screen size.
Click to add a countdown timer, scroll to adjust the date and time, and, well, that’s it. Despite the somewhat bare interface, uTime works well and the price is right at free. If you want more bells and whistles and still need countdowns to work well between devices you’ll like for macOS and iOS.
It’s free to try but has a modest 99-cent price tag for unlimited countdowns.
