My wife and I hired Eddie Mac to do a complete bathroom demo and remodel back in April of 2017. We had a very hard time finding a contractor due to the medical needs of our son and we needed the job done with as little dust as possible due to his asthma. Eddie took on the job and hired a demo crew that specializes in clean demolition. Eddie also used heavy plastic to create a work zone that would keep all dust in and not let it seep into the house. Our son never coughed or had an asthma attack during the entire process. As for the work itself, we could not be more happy with how it turned out. His attention to detail is excellent.

He does a great job with carpentry, painting, and tiling. He definitely has his opinions, but will let you bounce ideas off of him and he gives an honest answer. The only issue we had involved out counter top that was ordered through a local bath store. It came with the sink holes drilled off center rendering the granite useless. Eddie not only found us a place to get a superior replacement at a lesser price that only took a few days to complete, he talked to the bath store and got them to give us a full refund on an item that is non-refundable. Lastly, we also had him paint our kitchen and he replaced a rotting fascia board outside our house.

The only issue we had related to the work involved the caulking between the tub and the tile. It cracked and allowed water to leak.

I replaced it with new caulking myself and it has not been an issue. Eddie did not install that caulking, but a former assistant did. We both think there was an issue with the color-matched caulking that weakened it. I truly believe it was nothing that Eddie or his assistant did wrong, just bad luck. I highly recommend Eddie for your next bath remodel without hesitation. I had dreamt about having renovations done for many years, actually contacted many contractors; many never returned calls or when they did they felt the job was too small. I knew he was the man for the job the minute I met him.

He arrived on time; took the time to listened to what I wanted, and then he told me what could and could not be done; due to town by rules/regulations and trade knowledge. This is the reason why I hired Ed. As a true licensed professional I had no qualms about signing contracts or handing him cash.

Ed’s knowledge of the trade was quite evident in the bathroom remodel(the first job); his recommendation of safety glass in the window (something I never gave thought too) as well as his finished work (extremely detailed, tying into age of home), staying within my budget were the things that was noted. All would eventually lead to job number 2; a major hall/stair/closet demo/remodel (providing me 2 new closets, thanks for the idea) which would lead to job number 3, a large wrap around farmers porch with a ramp. When all was done, it was everything I wanted and more. His workmanship, knowledge, and honesty are truly amazing. Can’t say enough. I would highly recommend him. 9844 BuildZoom. I would not recommend this guy to even my worst enemy. He questioned every design aspect my husband and I chose and even went as far as making us lay out our tile because he didn't think our patterned tile would look good if there wasn't a border around it. He argued with me about putting white grout on the floor. And he got extremely defensive when my husband was asking why it went so far over the timeframe it was supposed to be finished.

Mind you, we are still waiting on our shower door. He demanded in a text message to me we pay him the remainder of the payment or else he wouldn't fulfill his contractual obligations.

He also told my husband he is going to take us to court and threatened to put a lien on our house when my husband said we would pay him the remainder once our bathroom is completed to the contract terms.

Description Chelsea's steady, multi-trophy-winning ascent to football's summit has been well documented. In the modern Blues era, relegation is something that happens to other clubs, while a defeat to bitter London rivals Tottenham Hotspur is as rare an occurrence as a total eclipse of the sun. But life wasn't always quite so carefree at Stamford Bridge. 19 April 1975, Spurs beat Chelsea 2-0 at White Hart Lane - all but preserving their own top-flight status, while effectively condemning the Blues to Division Two.

Managing Chelsea for the first time that day was 35-year old Eddie McCreadie who'd already achieved cult hero status at the Bridge as an integral part of the swashbuckling kings of the King's Road Blues side that lit up the game in the mid-late '60s and early '70s. Set against a gloomy backdrop of ecomic recession, trouble on the terraces, and a football club on the verge of bankruptcy, Eddie Mac, Eddie Mac forensically details how McCreadie placed his faith in young players and achieved promotion to Division One in 1977. Cheered on by the burgeoning hordes that went by the name of Eddie McCreadie's Blue and White Army, Chelsea were back and seemingly set for great things - but suddenly Eddie left. The supporters were both perplexed and saddened - the media didn't really have a clue.

There were rumours about a row over a company car, but -one ever got to kw the real reason - until w. In his own inspiring words, McCreadie details his time as Blues boss and explains why he left. Fascinating interviews with players of the day who clearly revered him paint a picture of a maverick manager ahead of his time, while comedian Omid Djalili sets the scene from a supporters' perspective with an insightful foreword.
