Huge time saver, whether for certification, insurance, tax or job apps. LogTen Pro will easily save you 15 to 20 hours of agony every year. The 7.5.7 update, besides being my favorite aircraft, includes a number of fixes, thank you to everyone who submitted their feedback!

Good day, pilots! Today's update is a big one, and if we've done everything right, you'll hardly notice.
We have been hard at work these last few months and have been busily improving nearly every aspect of LogTen Pro. There's several key fixes based on your feedback. Thanks for getting in touch with us via the app and help.coradine.com! Read on for details!
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS - You can now share entries (Flights, Aircraft, Custom Smart Groups, etc.) via AirDrop even without an internet connection! Want to share that custom currency you setup for the company regs with your co-pilot while enroute? - You now have the powerful logbook repair functionality from the Mac available on iOS. You can now login to your Coradine Account with Face ID on iPhone X. The Dark application theme for night time is now blacker (saves energy and looks amazing on the iPhone X OLED display) AND we've improved readability in numerous places that might have been a tad hard to read in some conditions. You will now find Currencies and Limits groups available in the Analyze tab. This is important if you like to arrange them in a specific order, rather than have them sorted by priority the way they are on the Plan tab!
REPORTS - Jeppesen 27 Trip Report improvements -.New. ATPL TC Report - Chilean logbook improvements - New Zealand logbook improvements - Dynamic reports now include signatures, and one pagers now print all the pages when creating PDFs (Kind of important right?) - Fixed an issue that could prevent the creation of PDFs for very large reports BOOM - We were able to track down and address eleven issues that could, in some cases, lead to a crash. If you've had the unfortunate experience of LogTen quitting when you didn't ask it to, now it shouldn't! - Improved performance and reliability thanks to numerous code enhancements to modernize, optimize, and generally make LogTen more awesome.

Poynter32, Ridiculous subscription I have been a custom of log ten since 2005. The software has been great and the ability to upgrade when I felt like the features would be of value, which was most of the time.
However, the new subscription model is absolutely ridiculous. To pay $100 a year just to be able to use software that does not change or have any information that the company must constantly update such as maps or airport data like foreflight is absurd. I use to recommend logten to all the instructors I work with and all of the students where I work, which is in excess of 400, especially bc of the ability to sign flights, but I will now be finding a new logbook to use and recommend. Edit: As if it wasn’t bad enough before at nearly $100 a year with the Mac version being free to use if you purchased the app. Now they have removed that as well and increased the price again to $130 a year.
The developer responds with they have a fantastic suppose team and always adding new features but should I really have to pay more for night mode, a feature that is it even needed, also if the software worked as it was suppose to there wouldn’t need to be any “service” always there to help. Im love technology but these people are what criminals look like in the tech era. I will be switching to Pilot Pro. One time $40 app and free web app with all the same features. Developer Response, Hi, Thanks very much for the feedback. We really appreciate that you've been a long time customer.
I can assure you that we have a team of engineers working full time to update LogTen Pro with new features. Most recently we added night mode, share everything and schedule import for iOS.
We're constantly working on LogTen and have a fantastic support team helping customers with any questions they have. The pricing reflects the professional software that LogTen Pro is and in fact the average annual cost of owning LogTen Pro is almost identical to what it was ten years ago. We are, as always, at your service. Poynter32, Ridiculous subscription I have been a custom of log ten since 2005. P210Driver, My go to logbook. I've been using Coridine's product for several years now. I find that it works extremely well for my needs. I'm a commercial pilot that flies privately. I log 250+ hours per year and every one of them is detailed in LogTenPro on an iPhone 7. I also use the software on an iPad. I keep details of the flight times, flight conditions, passengers, approaches, business use, training flights, etc.
I have always found the product to be reliable and stable. I've also been very happy with the ability to customize data fields and the UI. I've had a couple of issues synching over the years but the Coridine support team have always been able to quickly solve my problem. Most importantly, I have NEVER lost any data. I'm a die hard Apple user and in my opinion, there's no better log book on Apple iOS.
In fact, I'm also a die hard Foreflight user and even though the Foreflight log book is now bundled and data can be imported to it, there's no way I'm switching. Developer Response, Thanks so much P210Driver - so happy to hear LogTen is your 'go to' logbook:). P210Driver, My go to logbook.

You will have no control when they want to raise the price, look elsewhere. Log10 Pro used to be $100 good for a lifetime. A few days before the subscription change where they charge an outrageous amount each year, I added the Log10 Pro subscription to my cart and went through to complete the order. A couple days later I realized the order did not go through correctly. They changed the subscription from $100/lifetime to a much higher $100/per year cost. They would not even in kindness be willing to grandfather me through on the old plan price. Now I find out that with Atlas Air and many other airlines, it is impossible to import my schedule, many flights at a time into my Log10 Pro logbook.
So, I might as well have just done it the old way or found a much cheaper option, or just Excel spreadsheet or something. These people will happily take your money, and provide very little assistance. I still have never been able to talk to any sort of support over the phone. Plus, there is no guarantee they won't blast the price up even higher in the future.
There are much cheaper options that are just as good. Developer Response, Hi Chrisjohnjarvisridiculous - I'm sorry to hear your disappointment with our pricing. Just to clarify, historically (almost 4 years ago now), LogTen Pro worked on a 'paid upgrade' model. So each new major version required payment. We didn't have a lifetime version for iOS.
Importing Airline Schedules In Logten Pro X For Mac
And when we launched the subscription model, we set the pricing for long time customers much below the average annual cost when we had paid upgrades. The subscription covers multiple engineers and support staff who work hard to ensure pilots get the best professional logbook possible. On the schedule import front, our partnership with Roster Buster ensures pilots can import logbooks from over 450 airlines (including Atlas Air you might be happy to know!).
You are correct that our support team does most interactions with customers via our help site (help.coradine.com). We've found that this enables us to support more pilots than a phone based help service. Having said that, we will happily arrange a conversation by phone if it is necessary. Please don't hesitate to contact us at help.coradine.com - we would welcome the opportunity to convince you that LogTen Pro is well worth the few dollars a month it costs.
