I bought it because it looked well made and stays put on the ground due to its weight. I assumed it would work just like a mouse without a lazer, just big stomp buttons that equivelent right center and left clicks. (I tried stepping on a mouse and decided that was an unreliable way to foot control keynote) I hooked the Infinity IN-USB-2 foot pedal to my Macbook Pro and it doesnt do a thing. It now seems that this pedal is designed to use with transcription software, and nothing else? What do you think? Should I just pull a mouse apart and make my own footswitch?
